Mr. Svoboda’s expertise

Mr. Svoboda also has
substantial experience providing counsel to
motorsports teams, owners, drivers, and team
members. This experience includes sale/acquisition
of race teams and drafting and negotiating a wide
variety of contracts including driver, pit crew,
sponsorship, racing services, supplier, personal
service, endorsement, personal appearance,
employment, contractor, licensing, and merchandise
