Jeffrey S. Svoboda

Mr. Svoboda’s expertise extends to all aspects of business law and civil and commercial litigation with adherence to the highest standards of integrity and excellence, together with a personal commitment to his clients.  Throughout his career, he has been retained to develop creative solutions to complex corporate, business, and commercial transactions.  He has extensive experience in corporate organization, business planning and transactions, corporation and business law, contract law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, motorsports law, franchise law, real estate law, employment law, and trademark and service mark licensing.
 

Mr. Svoboda also has substantial experience providing counsel to motorsports teams, owners, drivers, and team members.  This experience includes sale/acquisition of race teams and drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts including driver, pit crew, sponsorship, racing services, supplier, personal service, endorsement, personal appearance, employment, contractor, licensing, and merchandise agreements.
